[suggestion] shield action=shield spikes [dev1123]

I'll make this short, I want an action that buffs my shield, something like shock spikes for my shield so that when I block the mobs take damage. glads can barley do any damage and this would help allot. that is all.

Also I would still like to have shock spikes be cast on me and not have one buff wipe the other out, that would be pointless.

Also, if you could change aegis boon to have a drain ability instead of just generating hp that would suffice i think.
