I'd really love this as well - SE used to have official FF screensavers for download on their regional websites until recent times, when for some reason when their sites were upgraded, screensaver download links disappeared.

I still have an old official SE Europe one from over a decade ago that randomly scrolls images from various SE games, and screensavers of FFXII and XIII that were also downloaded from the European SE site, so I'd love to update my computer and have a FFXIV one. Please SE!

Although as well as one of the Mothercrystal, I'd also prefer one of various CG/concept artwork from the game instead. But really, I'd just be happy with a FFXIV screensaver period.
