I think that's the same set I'm going for. For food I'd use HQ buttons or risotto (buttons is cheaper alternative with 1 less det).

My personal is almost half, but I would choose the following items instead. Keep in mind personal preference:

Gloves - dreadwyrm - Personally, I can't sacrifice the piety. I choose Piety over Det since I get more bang for my buck with Piety compared to 14 Det only being maybe 4-5 HPs per heal on average. To me 22 piety is greater than 4-5HPs healed on average.

Legs - dreadwyrm - same as gloves for the reasoning 36 piety.. I can't let that go.

Feet - I went Poetics for the Piety / crit

Wrist - dreadwyrm - i'm a piety sloot

finger - both Poetic 120 / 130 is my goal piety and det

I personally require Piety, then if I can match Det with that, If I can't match Det I match Crit and then lastly spell speed

At the end of the day, I may heal for slightly less - maybe 40-50 HPs per heal, but I can heal forever and still plenty of Crit with a dab of spell speed to make a small difference. Too many times have I been in situations where folks don't dodge and take damage or die and I have to res. Smaller mana pool would have been a wipe after ressing 4-5 people in a fight. In a perfect world, I would only do any content with a static and never have to pug so I would feel better with less mana, but the world isn't perfect :/
