Wth did you do to raise? you broke it...

Now all of the time I'm dealin with people accepting raises but not getting raised. I'm casting raise on people and their not even getting the raise. This is not an isolated incident. I make pt's every day and this is happening all the time now. It's since "patch 1.18a". Ug.. can you guys try to not break half the game every time u put in a patch plz?

The thing is that now raise has timeout. Its effect only lasts a min if not mistaken. IMO the raise is still very crappy tho...

-It needs animation.
-It needs the casting gauge to be fixed. It often vaniish before the casting is complete
-It need a targeting animation during casting still so player know who is already receiving raise
-It need a BIG "You are being raised" and "Get up, dumbass!" messages so the dead dude won't just return because didn't see the raise icon.

No it's not a timeout.. I grind everyday. I party for more hours than most people sleep.. Trust me. I am a cnj and a thm 50. Raise is messed up.

Sometimes when you cast it on people and they select to be raised. It does nothing. They just lay there dead. I loose my raise and have to wait for the cooldown timer again but they get no raise.. I have had it happen to me personally so I know it's happening and I have seen it happen almost a dozen times now.

Often times I tell someone "I raised you" and they immediately say "hmm I don't see it". Or other times you have to close the menu and reopen it to see that you have a raise at all..
I agree though, the raise is done very badly in this game in several ways.
