Sands became too hard to get in ST

With the RNG, and the fact that you can get as many as you want, some unlucky players like me, can do 20+ runs of ST, and dont get any sands.
When the chance to get one is suppose to be 1/4 (2sands for 8 players)

It mean, if I get so few, some players must win like one every runs.

I must be really unlucky.
I guess I'll return T7-8 to get sands.
I just wanted to gear up some second jobs for fun (not even now gear, just some old poetic gear)

Something must be done for this, on previous patch, it was possible to get decent gear for all your secondary job (ilvl90 when 110 was the best), now 130 is the best but 110 is still kinda long to get on all classes. Or maybe it's a little too early in the patch for that.

I pretty much gave up on getting sands as well from ST, took 25-30 runs to get the one i needed at that point. Now that i need a couple more, may just run Second Coil with my fc, better chance there!

Exactly this. ST is dead for me now. 30 runs for 1 sand....never again.

I wish they didn't lift the loot lockout for Syrcus, its only gonna make it dead content faster, everyone did it at least once a week for a reward (usually sands when they hit) but now that everything is up for grabs, people will run it multiple times grabbing everything and then never do it again.

Hope the next raid comes soon and is more like LotA than Syrcus, I found the former more fun.

Syrcus should be made so that you can only win 1 item per run. I think that would make things way fairer

I know somebody who won 7 of the 9 loot chests in a single run, including both sands. If your luck is bad you could seek to craft or buy the alternative 4-star receipe i110 gear instead.

Feel your pain on bad rolls. If I roll higher than a 30 I am all happy even though I still lost. The super rare 97 or 98 rolls, some one else always rolls a 99. Between mat farming on t4 and sands in ST, I have given up. Rahum ex, I have losted the last half dozen rolls on healer ring. When it comes to crafting I have good rng, when it comes to dungeon rolls it is almost a waste of time.

Try not doing ST if you actually want to get sands.

Yeah, got a sand in T8 yesterday, after something like 10 runs, for 1/8 (or maybe more chance, not everyone roll) it's not too bad, at least, much better then ST.
