We'll get it on Tuesday, you should've known that already. Didn't you get the memo that anything and everything having to do with FFXIV happens on a Tue or a Thu?

I am giving them time nor i'm in a rush to get one, I was just curious as to when, and people assume i'm being impatient " Regardless what I say". cant I not make a thread w/o being bashed in some way for it? Yes I know this is a Forums, so I should expect that right? I never once in my comments demanded a letter or they are not getting things out on time. I know very well they are just making sure every patch that comes out is Balanced and works right, I'm not a simpleton " yes you may have not said that" but I feel like its implied to the people targeting there attacks on me. Just sayin'

Oh and for the record, I'm pretty sure the goal was to have 1.20 out by Summer's end, not 1.19. Summer ends Sept 21 (which coincidentally puts them at the FFXIV 1 year anniversary mark) so my guess is they are hauling ass to try and get 1.19 out by the end of Aug and 1.20 out by Sept 21 (though I'm sure it'll be a few days late). After that I bet it's time to start charging for subscriptions.

yah they said 1.20 by summers end...but with how long 1.18 took....i wouldnt hold my breath. If they start charging then, consider this game dead.

They have never said 1.20 would come out by summers end - all they said is that the list in Letter from the Producer, X would be ready at summers end. Seeing as how most of the stuff in that list has either been included in 1.18 and 1.18a, or has been stated to come in 1.19 (materia system, crafting recipe changes, battle algorith changes, chocobos, airships, Ifrit battle) I don't see how 1.20 would be coming out by the end of summer.

And you have to read closely on some of the items on that list. For example the job system items say nothing about implementing a the job system, it only says they will work out the details for it and calculate cost of implementation, meaning by the end of September they will be able to talk a little bit mor eabout it.

Except that on that list they included the job system, which isn't coming with 1.19, so that pretty much guarantees it'll be in 1.20. I wouldn't be surprised if they bump it up to 1.21 and have that released by October though.

Did you not read his last paragraph?

Job system has already been confirmed to come post-1.20.
