Hello, I know what people are thinking: Why can't we send our items or gil to characters on our account through mail like we can in FFXI? I think we should be able to do that, I mean they ARE our characters, and it is OUR items. I'm not trying to sound like a condescending jerk or anything, but I can't be the only one getting annoyed with asking my friends to help me move some gil over to a character, and using the market board for this purpose is not effective/safe.

To counter any early RMT comments about this: With SE's current effectiveness with dealing with RMT and botters, this won't be a big changer, because SE allowed us to do this in ffxi when ffxi was hot with RMT and fish bots. Having a lot of gil on your character could also make it bait for hackers to come in and compromise your account (My account is one such instance despite changing my password every other week and getting a software token, so either someone hacked my account or SE's security isn't as good as what they claim, because if I change my password to random letter and number combos that have no relation to the previous passwords or future passwords, and also possess a software token to generate a password for me, then something else is going on.)

Back to my point: What is to stop people from sending money/items to their alts? What could possibly be the explanation than "We do this to battle RMT" You do EVERYTHING to battle RMT, but they are obviously winning when I get hit by 5 /tell's from RMT within the same 10 minutes, report them, and SE never responds to me or tells me to go to the Special Task Force, and the STF doesn't do a thing.

Please allow us to send items/gil to our alts on the same account.
