Because it's a bonus item. You didn't pay money to buy that minion, you bought the OST and it was a bonus item that came with your purchase of that OST. Unless you seriously just dolled out money for the minion and use the OST as a coaster now..... (which would be dumb) then you didn't pay money for that minion. It was included as an extra item with your real purchase.

That's different. Now, if you had to pay money just to get that minion by itself, with no OST included, then yeah.. that would be a micro-transaction the same as the current minions they have in their cash shop.
