The food system definitely needs an overhaul. They need to have more effect, and that effect needs to be displayed to the user in some way.

The calculations in this game are too complex to accurately measure extremely tiny food effects. Culinarians don't really have a place in the world. Food is so cheap that a lot of people use it.. but they could just as easily go without.
