SMN / SCH Crossbar Help

So I am trying to cleanup my crossbars now that I am finally level 50 with my SMN/SCH.

I have tried some of the macros found at this guide but I can't get them to show up - https://sites.google.com/site/ffxivcontrollerguide/

I play mostly on PC with a xbox 360 controller but I also play on PS4 as well. So I am trying to come up with a system that I can use on either of them. I know I would have to write the macros out for both of them so that isn't an issue.

I am just mainly trying to get more efficient with the class and reduce the clutter on my hotbars.

Honestly, the only macros I use on PS4 are a Rouse>Spur>Enkindle and a macro that casts the pet's AOE whenever I use Bane. Everything else I can get too easily using the extended crossbars.
