Black Mage doesn't need anything, it's fine the way it is now. Summoner's DPS is more than fine, just the MP issue needs to be addressed. Dragoon needs a buff and TP cost for Ninja needs to be higher. /stopmaking these threads. There are literally so many of them right now, why make one?
