By the way, FFXI currently has 320 inventory slots that's actively on your character - It's a PS2 MMORPG.

160 active via Inventory/Mog Case, most of it wasted on gearswaps.

Meanwhile XIV has 100 onhand inventory, and 300 slots for gear via the armoury system.

Congrats, you just lost DPS having to do extra moving earlier as a result of your choice of platform. Now amplify this more on fights that are very tight on DPS checks rather than old content, and the problems with the PS3 become more notable in your performance which in turn affects the people you're running with.
