[Balmung] Static LF WHM for T11+

Hi -
We just lost our WHM to real life complications. We've been downing T10 the last three weeks but haven't progressed much on T11 due to his being gone and not communicating if he was planning on coming back. I'd like to replace him with another great healer. We raid 930pm-1130pm Mon/Tues/Thurs/Sun. We're looking for:

+ Cares about making progress (e.g. comes prepared, watches videos, brings food/pots, shows up on time, lets me know well in advance if s/he can't make it)
+ Skilled (knows when big damage is coming, can communicate over VoIP with other healer/rest of raid, calm under pressure)
+ Positive attitude (not an elitist, not a jerk, not always getting angry at the others when things go wrong)

No requirement to join an FC, we're just a cool group of dudes looking to get stuff on farm. The guys are all skilled, and it'd be a good group you'd be joining, assuming you can focus and do your job well too. I'll reply faster in game, or on gmail - erasmusfairclough@gmail.com
