No arguement there. However, if you notice inthe SCH vid, there's room for growth on the four healer bars and the offense bar. Pet controls (not seen) are on a sixth bar, but it is barren as well.
This method does require careful management of hotbars, but It's really not any more complex than activating/deactivating hotbars every time you need to switch targets.
