Marriage - Please make it more!

I know many are complaining about having to pay for a wedding; well you really don’t have to pay technically. Just gotta pay extra if ya want a wedding with fluff and extra stuff people say they would pay for anyway. Lol

But this thread doesn’t have to do with that! Weddings in this game should be more~! More meaning:

When two players get married there should be more options on what those two can do for one another or do with each other.

• If one owns a house the owner should be able to give their spouse permissions to allow them to use the house as if it were their own.
• If there is a summon bell, armorers chest, moving furnishings - this should be allowed to be set up by the spouse.
• Right now if you own a house people can tend your garden but not pull up, let us have permissions to allow our spouse’s to also pull up and plant within the garden.
• Perhaps an item they can access from Private housing or Inn Rooms that is shared inventory so both can access those items at any time.
• Maybe even make some untradeable items, tradable between spouses… I mean what is his is mine anyway, bwahaha! :3
• When spouses are in the same party leveling up a new class/job they get some type of exp bonus!
• When private airships come out allow spouses to share one

Mounts and stuff are fine but I want function! Stuff that will actually be useful to my darling and I~! Make marriage interesting…make marriage worth it!

Does anyone else have any ideas they would like to see once you’re with your spouse?

I agree with all of those ideas, minus the exp boost, I feel anything that could give an "advantage" shouldn't be paired with something some players may never use. The house sharing idea is something I really hope they implement though.

I'm going to assume that since it was said that at least one of the persons getting married need their own house in order to go through with it, that shared housing is something they already plan to do.

If not that will be very disappointing.

Unfortunatelly I can't see them happening any time soon. As you can't even access functions of personal housing with an Alt.

That is very true, it would be an in game advantage... but as long as it's not part of the cash shop weddings and anyone could get to it if it hey got married in any way I'd be ok with it. But yes, I see the point~! These were just random ideas I had heehee~!

Honestly I think it should be for anyone who gets married, not just the Gold or Platinum! Marriage is Marriage, let the peopel who want to pay get the extra in game items. Thiese options should be available to all who get married.

These sound pretty cool! I like the idea of sharing because of marriage. We might not get these right away but perhaps down the line. I hope SE looks at this topic and comes up with some other ideas as well.
