There's quite a bit of ways for people to get floor'd from what we've seen in cutscenes, as well as NPC foddler in The Sunken Temple of Corn (Heroic). Maybe add a bit of variety or a roulette of sorts to which KO'd animation you do when it comes to it? It just seems really...off when all players (and some bosses) fall onto their knees then onto their back.

On the side note, anyone else like how they put *so* much detail in the weapon animations when they drop to the floor? Specifically the monks...I can't help but laugh when they drop a pair of Sphairais onto the floor and it bounces around for a good 4 seconds.
