I assume the glitch originated within the dungeon of Turn 5, but Alisaie is absent from Northern Thanalan (20,17) where I’m told she should be foundat this point. The quest is absent from my journal regardless of location.

Steps:
1. Fight Twintania
2. During the whirlwind phase of The Binding Coil of Bahamut Turn 5 I died.
3. Another healer cast “Raise” on me
4. When a box popped I immediately hit “Yes.” It was the wrong box, and I went to the the entrance of the dungeon instead of getting raised.
5. The party cleared the fight.
6. I unlocked the achievements “The Ties that Bind I” and “Unlocking the Realm: The Binding Coil of Bahamut Turn 5.” I left the dungeon through the exit point.
7. I watched the cutscenes.
8. Was transported to Northern Thanalan. There was no continuity for a quest.
9. Went to Urianger for the quest for the Second Coild of Bahamut. He has no quests available for me.
10. The quest is now gone from my journal. It appears neither as completed, nor as a current quest.
11. The cutscenes cannot be re-watched from an inn.

Addition note: I have not been able to get a group together for another clear since I identified the problem.
