Tell Me What You Think Of This Idea!

How would you guys feel about visible gear deterioration, as in your gear visibly shows scars from battle until repaired. Would look cool IMO. I mean yes i know its a stretch dont go flaming about how its not important to gameplay atm etc. Just an idea. Imagine swinging your sword when it hits 0% durability and its just a handle PFFF LOL...nah but you get the idea.

Not a bad idea, if it could be implemented. Someone was even saying something about making wet equipment different than dry equipment.

I already think the graphics are amazing as it is.

It'd add a certain level of dynamic visual, but if it takes 6 months to make a gear set's base models from scratch as is, imagine if there were stages of deterioration... it'd take forever. It'd take way less time to just abolish gear damage... /innocentwhistling

it would be neat... but probably shouldn't be high on the priority list for implementation.

I'd like to see that actually. Would be another way to get people to want to repair items too. That and they already have this "polygon shaving" technique that could probably be used to do so.

Weapons do change in color slightly (its really subtle but the next time you have to repair your weapon look at it, repair it, then look again)
