PS4 Razor Naga 2014 Problems

I bought a Razor Naga 2014 mouse back in March 2014, and it worked excellent. I stopped playing around June because i didn't have the time due to work. Now I'm laid off for the winter and i decided to hop back on it again. But every time i try to use the side buttons they don't register. It works as a mouse but the side buttons don't work at all. Plugged my brother's Razor Naga Epic in, and side buttons register. I updated it and everything with my computer. Anyone else had problems and successfully fixed them?

No idea. I would have suggested re-updating it on the PC side. I had to do that with my Logitech G600 a few weeks ago. Not 100% sure why. Same behavior as yours. Plugged it back into the PC and made sure the programming was right. Plugged back into PS4 and the side buttons were back in action.

I know PS4 did a 2.0 update a few weeks back. Not sure if that has anything to do with it, but the update does coincide with when I had to do my G600 update.
