What do I have to do for 'A Tankless Job' achievement?

I thought any full party duties will do, like Syrcus Tower or Titan HM but apparently neither of those are 'high level full party duties'.

So what is this achievement inclusive of? Just the Coil?

Fastest route, if you're up for it, would be Turn 4, especially while people are farming it for mats. A good, fully-geared group can down it in a matter of minutes.
