    Vorpal, your post was read and responded to based on what you posted (or, rather what you haven't posted). And your demeanor is more likely to get you suspended then any manner of assistance. You may want to take a breather and be thankful someone actually tried to give you help instead.

    For the most part these forums are user-to-user support--this is one of them. These forums are a separate entity of sorts from the support portal, mostly for the purpose of users helping users to find solutions. There are however specific ones for reporting bugs... that is where Woggers is trying to direct you.

    You said in your original post to check the tickets that you posted. No such posts have been made here for us to check. Like Woggers, I checked your post history and you have not submitted a proper support request at the forums. If you are talking about tickets you submitted through the portal, those cannot be accessed via the forums--you would need to be using the contact options available through the portal for someone to do that.

    To submit an in-game bug to SE via the forums, you need to be posting in the Bug Reports forums. Specifically, in this forum:

    There is a template to be used for submission available in the sticky for that forum via this link:

    Once submitted there, forum users will be able to see your ticket and if they have any suggestions that may help you resolve your issue, they may post them for you. Otherwise, once the community team comes back to work (it is a holiday weekend), someone will review it to determine if it is actionable as is and qualifies for escalation, if it is a duplicate bug report, needs more information, etc. and may move it to the appropriate forum if needed.

    Until you can provide some specifics on the issue here, there really isn't much anyone will be able to suggest to you outside of telling you to check with a wiki and/or the involved NPC's for the quest. You simply have not provided anywhere near the type of details needed to properly assist you.

    So why did customer support tell me to come here for something other players clearly can't help me with? WTF?! Just goes to prove my point about how retarded Square customer support is.

    And like woggers you clearly didn't read my post. I said support tickets, not forum threads. I submitted one through the in-game bug report feature and the other through the customer support form on the website. Nowhere did I say anything at all about a forum post.

    This post wasn't meant for you. Since my e-mail from Square said to come here, I obviously thought square would answer me here, especially since my problem is one it's clearly impossible for another user to help with.

    Well since Square has apparently decided to try to make me get my character's database entry unscrewed by players without database access, the moderators can feel free to delete this thread if they want. I'm going to go yell at customer support by e-mail again until either they decide to do their own jobs or I get tired enough of it to cancel my account.
