Thread: Patch 2.45 December 9th

Wedding, standard plan is free, gold plan costs real money but you get a mount, minion and more dress option.

Sooo... first I can't play SMN because of the LOL that is the Ironworks set. (ffs split BLM/SMN gear already!) so I switch to NIN. Now NIN is getting nerfed, GG, whiners, for ruining the new class already.

I HATE tanking, dislike healing, and have played every other DPS class, but don't like any of them. DRG buffs won't change the fact that I loathe positionals. I've been playing since 2.0 launch, but am seriously considering unsubbing. It's just not fun anymore.

Except they like SMN and NIN. SMN currently has **** for gear because SE decided all the caster gear should have oodles of spell speed, which does just shy of nothing for SMN. And now NIN is getting nerfed, which was their backup. That's a far cry from hating all the classes.

Haters and snarkweasels in the thread already, I've said my piece, I'm out- before I try to rationalize and get slapped with another forum ban. I'm not expecting a change- what's done is done- I just hope I'm not the only one that feels this way.

Is it that important to you to be the 2nd highest dps in the game? Why is it such a problem when Dragoons will be sharing that spot with Ninjas?

DPS isn't important. I'm afraid they're going to add positionals. which is something that I've seen over and over on this forum as something the "majority" wants added. That would count as a "nerf", yes. Besides, parties tend to only want the *best* DPS, they're not going to take a third-rate class seriosuly. I already get dumped on for maining SMN as it is, I wanted to have a decent time playing melee while having to sit out the Ironworks fiasco. Damn me for being hopeful.

Oh, nah, they're not. TA is a positional, but they won't add any more than that unless they come with the new moves in the expansion.
