First, fill the Trinity in mage form.


To start, I think it would be quit fitting to have a Mage Tank; I do not know what dark Knight holds. While my biggest fear is the mage would feel slow and be grounded by the ability to aggro cast and control the battle field.

Here what I believe, think Media II as a AoE aggro build, but instead of heals it does a dot that increase Aggro over time, and AoT. Next Earth and Thunder, like the concept for Fire and Ice, but Earth is like a self regenerating Stone Skin stacks, that absorb damage. Where as, Thunder increase Strength and you deal burst damage. Lastly, Enchant replenishes, MP at the cost of ones TP.

This Tank uses both MP and TP, on an over Time base, the longer the fight the stronger the aggro. Weapon is Staff and sword (Main and Off hand), that deals aggro over time, and hope people can balance one Earth stacks and they explode them causing different types of damage.
