I don't know if this was already discussed but shouldn't we get the option to toggle on/off displaying the TP bars of our party members? Right now, the only time we can know for sure that someone needs TP is when they tell us via chat.

Clearly, you're supposed to be hypersensitive to each class that uses TP and what skills they're using, so you full awareness of what their TP level is at and when they need Goat. or Army's Pancakes.
There should be some way to see it, I agree.
At the same time though, it's really not hard to guess who might be straining their TP usage. The vast majority of the time it'll be a WAR regularly using Overpower or a DPS using their AoE attacks. I just look out for whoever seems to be using these most and just Goad them (or Paeon, but generally try to keep that for inbetween battles)
Not gonna dig where, but they already mentioned adding another bar on top of what we have would bog down the UI too much; I don't know if its PS3 related or what. Although, they did say they may look into an ability to swap MP/TP bars I believe.
Just use it on someone non-caster who just got back from a raise.
For mnk, drg, nin, they should just get rid of the mana bar and put a TP bar in place. For tanks and brd have both Mana bar and a tp bar just below it. Casters and healers just leave them as is.
I generally give it to the tank once they start using Flash. Usually a good indicators (on Warriors at least) that they've got low TP.

tanks don't need MP bar. and well, shouldn't need paeon at all either sooooo nope. Goat can be useful for a WAR when big pulls are coming for them to spam a little longer but that's all. Bards don't need TP bar as they can sing for their own needs.
I tell my hubby who plays a brd when to turn it on. Maybe tanks TP using classes could you know communicate!
Commendations.
If I play dps I only give it out to other dps.
If I play tank I only give it out to healers.
If I play healer I only give it out to tank.
Only if they should be getting a commendation.
There are always exceptions to the rules!
If a DD runs out of TP and there is a ninja in the group, they could just ask for it. I've had lots of people ask for Goad and I am more than happy to give it to them. Otherwise I just give it to a Drg or Monk around the time I need to use invigorate. Having played both of those classes, I know how much they can hurt for TP in long battles.
