If you can afford it, max out DET. Spend the rest on a mix of CRIT/ACC, depending on your preference. I mean, what else are you going to spend your gil on anyways (housing, crafted accessories, i guess). I still think plopping down some extra dough to get to 31 DET is worth, considering you are already at 25.

I'm an oddball I suppose but my set up is:

ACC: 20
DET: 30
Parry: 25

I like to have some acc on my war because it allows me to move around some pieces in my gear since a lot of times it's luck getting the right pieces, thus the 20 acc allows me some breathing room. Det is great, more hate, more self heals (however small) and a tad bit more deeps. Only reason it isn't 31 is because of the gil. The oddball in me wishes to have parry. My logic, while I understand the other side, is mitigation is mitigation, and my goal is to have enough parry on where it seems as if I have Storms Path up at all times (10% reduction in dmg). Warriors have less cooldowns, so I don't mind the extra rng mitigation from parry.

I only craft & Raid, your weapon stats will depend on what you do.
