Dialogue bubbles & Bards buffs effect

Hey !
I was always wondering why when we talk in "Say" chat (not group or others), it wouldn't popup a dialogue bubble like the npc have ? I mean most of MMOs do that and i love the FFXIV style of it, would be pretty awesome and ofc toggleable in options (if some people don't want it).

Also, i don't get why the bard doesn't have some effects around him when singing like the moogle in the moogle fight does. It should have some kind of music notes spinning around in different colors depending on the spell used, it's pretty annoying to check the party list for such thing when other jobs have effects to show it in battle...

The speech bubble thing has been asked in the past and the development team stated it would be too taxing on server resources to have such a feature if I remember rightly. So basically, they've already shot this idea down sadly, as cool as it would be to have.
