Basically the ilevel will go up some as you are questing to 60 probably like 130-160. Then you will run level 60 dungeons for unlimited tomes for like higher ilvl gear maybe 180 or so similar to wow where you run heroic dungeons at lv cap and that will prepare you for the first raid which will probably drop something like ilvl 200 gear.
