Reading some other threads and it seems like SE has awful customer support, but I did spend money on buying a digital version of the game and I'd like to at least be able to redeem my game code.
So, here's what I've tried so far:
Looked on SE Online Order Details to see if my order was processed (yep)
Checked my payment method(Paypal) to see if payment went through (yep)
Went to digital river using the same order ID to look for my game code as per support center instructions, order was not found, lol.
Checked email 30010237123 times, still nothing
Emailed tech support of the problem, no response (although this one people say they've waited a long time for any response)

Is there an online chat service where i can talk to someone? I just want to play the game...
