how do i unlock job finder(duty) hard mode roulette in 2.4

Have no idea what you mean by "hard mode"
Expert roulette?
High level roulette?
Trials roulette that encompass most of the hard mode primals?

In the last case, you are probably missing Hildibrand storyline.

Duty Roulette (High Level) requires you to have completed all of the following dungeons:

Wanderer's Palace
Amdapor Keep
Copperbell Mines (Hard)
Haukke Manor (Hard)
Pharos Sirius
Brayflox's Longstop (Hard)
Halatali (Hard)
The Lost City of Amdapor
Stone Vigil (Hard)
Tam-Tara Deepcroft (Hard)
Hullbreaker Isle

If you still have "To unlock: Complete ?????" this means there are dungeons on this list that you haven't even unlocked yet, nevermind completed.


If you are talking about the other Duty Roulettes:

Duty Roulette (Expert) requires the three newest dungeons: Sastasha (Hard), Sunken Temple of Qarn (Hard), and Snowcloak. Unlike all other level 50 4-man dungeons, Snowcloak is actually part of the postgame storyline, and you will need to progress it.

Duty Roulette (Trial) requires you to complete all non-Expert trials barring Ultima's Bane. These are:
-All postgame story trials, up to and include the Akh Afah Amplitheatre
-The three main story Hard Mode versions (Titan/Garuda/Ifrit Hard)
-The two trials unlocked during the A Relic Reborn quest
-The two trials unlocked during the Hildibrand questline
