Wrong Poetics item bought

I bought a wrong Poetics item on my character.
I already sent a ticket in game but Square didnt reply me so I'm writing here hoping they will.
I bought an Ironworks Bracelet of Healing (375 Poetics) instead of an Ironworks Earrings
of Healing (375 Poetics). I'd like to ask if you can change to me that.
I already dropped the Bracelet as I have to do.

Was thinking the same thing... but Squa11 beat me to it. I did that once with Soldiery and bought the bracelet of healing when I meant to get the casting. At least you are only talking about an accessory...takes less than a week to recover the tomes to buy the other one.

Imagine if you goofed and lost something like a Novus/Nexus or a really rare coil drop....that would more worth the one-time restore option.

I know but I already dropped the Bracelet and this is a waste of Poetics. Bracelet is "half" BiS for WHM and , maybe , I will equip that only if Dreadwyrm wont drop in a long time for that I wanted Earrings first.. but now I dropped it for this change and I lost 375 Poetics ç__ç

Only bad players rely on BiS, don't fall for the lure of BiS, know your role and then worry about maximising its abilities.

You probably should have given it some more thought before dropping it. lol

It's not even that bad of a piece. The augmented version is currently BiS for Scholar, should you choose to play as one later.

SE will most likely tell you sorry but no go, and for throwing the item away that pretty much you deciding to waste those poetics.

I'm also fairly sure you had to keep a hold of the incorrect item anyway for an item swap.
