Yeah. I do a lot of DPS as SCH in T10. At the same time I take care of every prey save the double one when adds come out. Also I cleric stance dance during adds as well. I have all my cleric stance moments planned ahead of time. Honestly there's very little rng in T10 so have your healers take full advantage of that.

The rule about enrage is: don't worry about enrage until you run into it.

Obsessing over dps is only a hindrance to learning mechanics.

You need 2032 Group DPS (1.280.000 HP in 630 seconds). On our first clear we were at:

    PLD - 165 - ilvl 110 weapon
    WAR - 165 - ilvl 110 weapon
    WHM - 10
    SCH - 40
    MNK - 425 - ilvl 110 weapon
    BRD - 370 - ilvl 115 weapon
    SMN - 360 - ilvl 115 weapon
    DRG - 410 - ilvl 110 weapon
    Limit Break - 150 (1 Caster LB3 + 1 Melee LB1)

    = 2095

Sure, not top of the hill, but enough to beat it. DPS comes with practice, the more you are accommodated to the mechanics the more DPS you'll have

    SCH tips

-You can choose not to use Adlo on Rip after your WHM and tank are used to the fight and just lustrate on Rip (multi lustrate if hp not full before Rip) instead to keep your Cleric stance on the whole time (I still succor + soil for charge though)
    -Use energy drain
-Dot and Bane adds, starting with offtank's
-MNK's mantra + Fey + Succor is enough to cover prey damage at IL110 (unless targets use BFB)
-Pretty much have Cleric on the whole fight except for Prey (learn the timings), start of adds phase and charge.
-Eos regen very useful, I use at start of adds (+Fey) and when boss charges
-May need to Adlo charge target in final phase as the arena gets smaller, 1 tick of the DoT may kill them
-SCH should raise instead of SMN for MP (Or share the raises). Though if someone dies, you may not make it

Don't try to do everything when you are still getting used to the fight though

Use Poison pots. Seriously. I think we used somewhere around 2000 Poison pots between all 8 of us for our first clear.

Obviously, use your appropriate HQ X-Stat potion as well. Yes, even you tanks.

Also a minor improvement, but its better to have the WAR MT and the PLD OT for the majority of the fight, damage-wise (IE: Have the WAR go first, he'll typically tank most of the fight). This is counting that the PLD knows how to Oath-Dance, tho.

It's not a hard fight, but everyone needs to stay focused the whole time. We wiped 5 times at 1% only because we had deads on last phase... people taking double lightning, not running fast enough to take a hit...

Best advice I could give: your SMN and maybe your WHM will have to learn MP management (that wille come with experience of the fight anyway). As a Bard, singing too soon Ballad or even Pean is stressing.
Practice Phase 2. The mechanics in that phase will be the used in last phase, only in a (lot) smaller area. If you master this "combo" then you pretty much master the fight.

And the usual like everyone said already: food, X-pots of stats, poison pots, and BfB to be used wisely.
We used the hard way: no poison pots, only one DPS with ilvl 115 weapon, one melee, and Bard in melee range instead of SMN. But it worked anyway.

    Me as Bard

If there is a ninja in your party, goad rotation on dps will be fine.

Usually, my partner used goad on me when the first pack of adds spawn, then i apply dots on OT son, MT daughter and attack OT daughter. My bloodletter proc is active all time. When the first daughter is dead, i reapply dots and i include MT son and kill the OT son.

When the MT son is nearly down, i play foe to burst imdugud, with PPP, and our blm, scholar and whm attacking him, our ninja using Trick attacks and being benefit by foe when he uses raiton.

We use LB3 on second pack of adds, 2 dps on OT daughter(mnk, drg and my dots) and 1 dps on OT son (Me), because the lb3 down to 5%-10% both targets.

With a ninja, i rarely use paeon, just Manasong

To give you an idea, on our first kill, no i115 weapon (all 110), no potions, a couple of i120 pieces per people, almost zero total i110 crafting pieces (maybe a couple spread over the whole raid), warrior fully i90 ruby melded pieces + 30 STR and pld maintanking, healers doing zero damage, we had :

    Sch and whm 0
    Pld ~150
    War~275
    Brd~360
    Smn~350
    Nin~380
    Mnk~390
    LB~140

Total about 2045 dps. Beat the enrage by about 10 seconds.
