I purchased the collector's edition of Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn last year. I participated in the final beta test, and the initial launch of the game on the Gilgamesh server under the character name Fenix Vale, whom was a Thaumaturge both times. I stopped playing after the first month or so due to real life priorities, and picked it back up last week. At the end of my subscription back in 2013, in September, my character was a Level 30 Thaumaturge, Level 18 Lancer, and Level 3 Marauder. I had logged out as my Lancer class, wanting to train into the Dragoon class.
Upon logging back in now on my new subscription under the same account and character, it appears that my character data has been corrupted in some way. My character lost all of his equipment, had his thaumaturge levels completely removed, and had his marauder levels completely removed. Now, I know its been a year, but I know for a fact I had the levels stated in this post. My character has progressed as far as the Tam Tara Deepcroft as a Thaumaturge before ever taking on the Lancer class. I completed all of the Thaumaturge missions up to that point, and yet all of the progress that far seems to have been completely removed without trace. Is there anything that can be done for this?
