A while back there was a thread asking for maintenance to move around a bit from time to time, since it has been affecting the same people every time. Now us midnight shift people won't have our prime time hours cut into.... as badly.

That... looks like the same time as always to me.

Ditto, I don't see anything unusual about that timeframe. It's not the first time we had maintenance that early.

Usually maintenance starts at 11-12PST, I'm pretty sure that's what they mean.

Personally this sucks for me since I can't get on until 7PST usually, but I have other games so I'll live.

Looks the same to me.

If you look at last years worth of Main, majority start at midnight (PDT/PST), with some bigger patches starting maybe as early as 10pm, this is first time in a long time they've started this early.

Doesn't necessarily mean they made the time earlier for the sake of making late night players happy.

I agree, it's still a 6hr maintenance so midnighters aren't getting that much extra playtime anyways.

All maintenance are performed using JST, then converted to GMT/PST etc for us Europeans and Americans. It's only earlier because our clocks just went back a little while ago for daylight savings, which they don't have in Japan. SE have listened to no one! It's business as usual.
