No, all characters are permanently bound to the account they were created on.

Thanks for answering i was asking because I've been playing on a steam trial account
and i just bought the game on sale at gamestop and was unaware until after that my trial account was incompatible with it and so i was wondering if there was any way to transfer my character's between them

to clarify your question a bit further, there are two types of accounts basically a steam account and a non steam account. If you create an account through steam you can only log in through steam, you cannot log in that account through any other platform, ps3, ps4, or pc. For the standard account (non steam) if you start playing on pc and later get a ps4 and decide you want to play on ps4 you just need to by the ps4 version and register it to your account and you can log in with the same character on pc or ps4. So in short steam characters can only play on steam and nothing else. Standard (non steam) characters can play on pc, ps4, or ps3 (you just need to buy each version of the game once and register it to your account) but they cannot log into steam. Hope this helps.

Standard (non steam) characters can play on pc, ps4, or ps3 (you just need to buy each version of the game once and register it to your account) but they cannot log into steam. Hope this helps.

Just to clarify, I believe a non-steam account can add the steam version to it. I started playing on ps3 and just bought the game on steam and had no issues registering it to my account. I think the restriction is on allowing the Steam version to play on other platforms.

No personal experience here, but from what I've heard, I think the difficulty is specifically between the Steam PC version and the regular non-Steam PC version. If I understand it correctly, either can be combined with PS3 and/or PS4, but you can't go from a Steam trial to non-Steam PC full version or non-Steam PC trial to Steam full version.
