Healers can either be new or vets doesn't matter.Just as long as you long in most of the time.Damage Dealers same deal.
Die hard crafters & gatherers must work together to keep each other supplied.FC house is your responsibility but any ideas like adding furniture must be pitched towards the leader.Playtime must at least be most of the time.If you wish to join in a few raids or dungeons then that is fine as well as long as you keep FC housing related duties finished.
