Because some people are on small servers with weaker economies? Because, believe it or not, some people don't level up crafting to make gil, but rather to not rely on the overpriced wares that people post on the boards.

Also, unless you have a lot of gil to spend acquiring one of those i70 off hands would require you already having a 3 star BSM. Even if you had the gil, it'd be cheaper to just overmeld militia of hands. Let's face it, you really don't need the artisan offhand and the Supra unless you are looking to do 4 star crafting.

Kinda funny how people don't like that you have to actually Craft to obtain "Mastercraft" Demimateria....

Master I Books require you to craft. Artisan Main Hands require you to craft. Mastercraft Demimateria require favorable RNG.
