Or you could just farm T4, sell the mats/sol/materia/desynthed items and have plenty of gil to buy them from the market board like most others are doing?

This only works to a degree because of RMTs flooding the market with MC. There's also so much effort one can put when they can theoretically desyn 50 spectacles and still not get a MC (this is starting to sound like atma...). Top that off with the poor distribution of desyn oppertunties between the crafts...welp it just becomes a bigger issue.
