    I have never seen him outside. Not once. He's always in that small tunnel in the mines whenever he spawns.

    There are at least 7 confirmed spawn points outside U'Ghamaro, probably just not lucky enough to see him outside.

    I've also seen him chilling AT Hermit's Hovel. The nerve of that guy, loitering at my personal vacation home. At least he wasn't inside, I suppose.

    i think someone is supposed to silence/stun the large scale AOEs.

    i fought it there 2-3 times, and haven't seen any issues.
    Now, that teleporting bull, in West Noscea though...I fought it once, and rather not do it again. It was on Island of Umbra...duno how it even got there, or why it's an issue? Maybe it's just me, but if there's a psionic bull, that can blink around....i'd just leave it there, on the island...

    I got to fight Cornu outside the mines that was far better then inside..ugh...Mahisha killed me one day even though I was totally out of range in a L shaped corner where the only way to get me would have been to actually turn in there but that particular corner was just about too small for that giantic beast yet killed me from as far as the major space where he was..meaning...his AOE got me through walls..LOL
