Aesthetician: Skin and Eye Colour Modification

Now explain to me how the aesthetician would change skin color or eye color. Do contact lenses even exist in the world of FFXIV?

But in a world where I'm hurling stones, casting fire and ice from a broomstick and raising people from the dead - I don't think its far fetched lore wise to assume contacts exist somewhere in Eorzea

The devs themselves said this...

You’ll be able to change face paint and its color, hair, facial hair and tattoos. Eye color is being considered as there are colored contact lenses in real life after all. Even more hairstyles will be available in every new patch.

Taken from the live letter. You'll have to wait and see about the lore when they release it. (If ever at this rate)

On topic, yes I do endorse the idea of having the aesthetician giving the option to change eye/skin color. To me, Fantasia should really only be useful for race change.

If you don't agree just say so, shielding behind lore as an excuse is the most idiotic thing someone can do, lore has never stopped the implementation of new things, they are the ones writing the story and they can change it anytime they want.
