    2.4 FCoB with weekly lockout
    2.5 CE 3 with weekly item lockout (+ chance to upgrade poetry gear without doing FCoB)
    3.0 Remove all weekly lockouts from 2.4 and 2.5 and adding Echo to FCoB
    3.1 Big FCoB nerf to make it farmable for everyone

    Also I bet that the first dungeon over lv50 in 3.0 drop ilevel 110 gear (2.5 dungeons would give ilevel 100 gear. Maybe the soldiery gear?)
