This isnt world off warcraft ppl dont think that the gear from the get go in Heavensward will out gear 130 -.- i guarantee that 110-130 (120 from final CT) will be very relevant all the way to 60 until next raiding content comes out.

Just be patient and wait 30 more days for more info.
