Put an ilvl requirement on frontlines

As the title says. I fully agree with the sentiment to keep FL at a very low ilvl to allow easy access to anyone. However, I feel there should be some sort of restriction as to what is allowed in. i70 pvp or i80 in general is very easy to get and only takes a matter of hours, as such that should be the required entry level. It would help prevent unnecessary drama, and the inevitable flattening of the player who decides to walk in with i40's.

The player who decides to enter FL at ilvl 40 is soundly punished for this. Until FL pvp adheres to true pvp virtues dilly dallying with ilvl restrictions is unnecessary. We need to lobby for real change to FL, not small "fixes" that do nothing to enrich the atmosphere. As to the drama, this won't rid FL of it.
