Duty Finder Notification

Can we get a notification from the Duty Finder when we minimize the game or alt-tab into something else? I heard that the devs added the Duty Finder block to discourage trolls from declining duties and prolonging party waits, but the block is pretty annoying especially when you miss your queue while you're multitasking. Perhaps SE can play a sound that goes through even though the game is minimized to alert players? Yes, I am aware that you can tick an option to play sounds while the window is minimized but it would be convenient for a lot of players if there was an option to notify players without having to have all game sounds played while alt-tabbed.

Open up System Configuration
Sound Settings
Check on "Play sounds when window is not active"
Check on "Play system sounds while waiting for duty finder"
Mute any volume settings you want except for Master Volume and System Sounds.

Mute any volume settings you want except for Master Volume and System Sounds.

Then I need to up those volume settings again when I get in-game. I already know about this workaround, what I'm hoping for is a fix from SE.
