She has thin dark lips like a Roegadyn.
She has a square nose like a Roegadyn.
She has a hulking feeling to her like a Roegadyn.
She has the same type of ear like a Roegadyn.
She has a squinting eye look like a Roegadyn.

Therefore she is a female Roegadyn, NOT a female elf with a square nose.
Plus her head actually matches her body size unlike elves.
