I think you're vastly oversimplifying things. I could just go and say Miqo'te are just Midland Hyur with ears and a tail but we both know that's not entirely true. I imagine the premise behind the female Roegadyn was powerful but still sexy, which I feel she clearly conveys. The gigantic hulking muscles look doesn't exactly work for females though I feel they made it work with the males.

Also more-so in-game than in the initial concept art, she looks decidedly Roegadyn. I don't think people are going to be confusing the female Roegadyn for other races.

her fingers, head size, waist, face/body proportions, etc,
(im leaving out her height because if u need to have a comparison to show what race another is, thats just sad)
