    Trollmageddon 2011?? Only active players allowed to post after Aug 17!

    Could this be the beginning of the end for the epidemic of people who don't actually play the game trolling everyone's threads? How many frequent posters is this going to impact?

    After the maintenance, following requirements must be fulfilled to log in to the forums.
    • Possess Square Enix account with an active service account on FINAL FANTASY XIV
    • Have logged in to FINAL FANTASY XIV in the last 30 days (additional requirement)

    I doubt this will stop that many trolls. People said the same thing when they added character accounts to the forums. That didn't stop giftforce/gifthorse from annoying us, until they banned him.

    Would be nice if the "full version" could use Lodestone profile pictures for avatars instead of the generic CG ones.

    Because I like the game. There's a lot that needs improvement, but I like the game.

    "Being a troll" and "not liking the game" are not mutually exclusive.
