PS4 players on Brynhildr

FFXIV has an awesome community due to the cross platform ability of the game, however this has it's own hurdles as voice coms cannot be established with every system, they can only talk to people on their own system. I was just curious how many PS4 players there were on Brynhildr and if any of them wanted a group to play with. I'm hoping this thread will start a hub for players looking to be able to communicate with voice rather than in game text as it can be a hassle for end game content. I play ps4 and just use TS3, Vent and Mumble on my phone or laptop. Sticking with ps4 chat seems too limiting to me.

PS4 uses ps4 chat, crossplatform use Mumble as it's free on smartphones.

I have my headset to talk with PS4 people and my in game audio, then I talk with PS3 and PC players via Mumble where they can be heard by the PS4 players as well. It works fine so far, progressing in T10.

Reign of the Exiled is a PS4 based FC on Brynhildr. It's a super-friendly group of peeps that focuses on everything from fresh characters to endgame content. Check out Sons of Shinra, we're a relatively new FC with a good mix of experienced end gamers and newer players who are just breaking in their 1st lvl 50. All 5 of our current members are ps4 players.

Ideally we would like to have around 11-12 quality members who want to enjoy the game at their own pace and will be available to help with endgame content and would like to work with us building up other classes. We can craft any gear we need while leveling a new class, and offer the services of either lvl 50 tank(pal or war) or healer(2whm or sch).

I am a member of Eternal Wrath and have been for a long while now, the fc is doing ok just recovering from the destiny devastation haha (of which I am also partly guilty) I do not know if we are currently recruiting new players but feel free to submit an application its a good group of people who all help each other, lvl 8 with a large plot in mist ward and all crafting stations and chocobo stables. I know we are currently trying to get everyone geared and ready to run the latest end game content.

How do you get it so that the people in mumble are heard by the people in the ps4 voice chat?

I do it either with my Mac or iPhone, obviously the people at mumble is on speaker so they can be heard by the PS4 players. But the PS4 players can't be heard by the people in mumble.

Clearly you need to either finish picking those thistles or get off Destiny to see that we've grown a little bit sir! /lowblow
