For our main group we generally ask for raiders to join the Free Company, but as for the other group Id have to get back to you on that one. We're currently working on Turn 13 and due to a roster change we are down 1 DPS. I don't particularly care if you have experience on most of these fights, just that you are able to perform mechanics and pull good DPS numbers.

ilv 112 DRG here, just started playing ffxiv again after 2 months of hiatus due to schoolwork
prior to patch 2.4 i always cleared t6-t9 weekly (weekly raider)
+ fast learner
just tried t10 few days ago and got to 5% (wiped due to enrage, our blm kept dcing)

Hey Zeox, I'll have to check with the group that was recruiting a melee dps to see if they still are or not. Last I talked to them about it I believe they were trialing a dps, but circumstances may have changed between then and now.

We currently don't have a group recruiting a healer that I know of, but the leadership is considering creating a new group and in that case we would need healers (I'll keep you posted on what we decide).
