Thanks for the translation. It's always interesting to hear what goes on in Square Enix on a day to day bases. I love the personality it gives when we have an idea what it's like working there. I love behind the scenes dvds and this is closest thing we have. Wish I could see those pictures of inside the office! Thanks again for translations!

Great special edition producer's letter ^^ loved it.

I understand is not like this every day at the office, but is really hard work, hope they have the time to slow down over the next couple of months, but that is doubtful seeing PS3 version coming out soon also. I am glad they are passionate enough about their work (Unless you are, no one could put so many work hours or perform properly and complete tasks assigned to you). Good to hear this is the first time he is managing such a big project, everyone needs to start somewhere. Even if FFXIV is a really long term project, I hope he has the chance to direct or produce other future FF tittles as well, even if FFXIV is a beast of a Final Fantasy title in and on itself.

Keep up the great work Yoshida-san and Dev Team.

Interesting read. I hope Yoshi-P doesn't ruin his health doing this...but then ruined health is pretty standard for developers isn't it? Despite being really busy, that honestly sounds like a great, challenging job to have. Just maybe not for more than a couple years or your body breaks down XD.
