Ninja- a class not meant for high ping player!!!

I live in AUS and ny net ping, in a good day, is in the average of 250 to 260, with Tunnel service enable. Without it, the expected ping varies from 350 to 500. Lag spike, Rubber banding happened here more than just occasionally, even with the help of Tunnel Service. At the moment, I have my Ninja levelled up to 39 and I already have encountered so many problems with the class, that really get in the way of my DPS, naming Mudra. I noticed there is no 0.5 GCD between any of Heaven/Earth/Man. I can press Heaven/Earth back to back and still can perform Raiton. However, with rubber banding and high ping in the way, things turn differently:

1/ While the other player, those who live near the server location, can perform Huiton in less than 1 sec, I have to spare a good 3.5 sec to do the same task. Hence, lower my DpS. I don't know how much for the DPS loss but I don't think it will gonna be small.

2/ While the other player, those who live near the server location, can perform any Mudra with 100% success rate. I, however, have a very small rate of being successful doing the Mudra I want, thanks to Rubber Banding. When I want to do Raiton, and press Heaven ,then Earth, sometimes, it does not register the Earth. Instead of doing Raiton, I ended up with Shuma Shuriken. Or to be sure for it to register, I double clicked the Earth, the net suddenly becomed smooth and instead registering one, it now registered the double tap that lead me to a Rabbit-On-The-Head. And as you all know, after performing a Mudra, fail or not, you will be locked out for 5 sec till you can do it again. In my case, I could not do my very best in that 5 sec because of Fail Mudra, thanks to the sudden change from rubber banding to smooth, hence, a Dps loss for me again.

3/ The animation of the Heaven/Earth were going off on my screen but the server did not register both to give me the correct Mudra, and because I played based on the animation going off on the screen to know that whether a skill going off not, without looking at my skill hot bars all the time, this habit is now punishing me with Ninja class. I saw Heaven-Earth Animation going off then hit Mudra, and it gave me...a Shuriken. Now that is ok, I guess but there will be worse, if I started my combo chain right after hitting the Ninjustu and while I did see the animation, half way off, it will cancel the Ninjustu and register my combo chain, lead me to a fail Ninjutsu situation again. And that is another DPS loss.

Right now, I only have 2 Mudras but I know that I won't be using Ninja for any End game raiding, just because it screws me so much, thanks to High Ping and Rubber banding, unless there is any other change to Mudra system. Any tips are welcomed as well.

I have a few solutions to put this problem to end, to have Ninja more accessible to High Ping User, and not put the High Ping User to a huge disadvantage to Low Ping User:

1/ Put 0.5 GCD between Heaven,Earth, Men and Ninjustu. So to cast a Ninjutsu, it will take at least 1.5 sec to perform, whether you are High ping or Short Ping user, help shortening the disadvantage between them.
2/ Change the condition of falling a Mudra from "Perform any action" to " Unless you double any Heaven/Earth/Men, the Ninjutsu won't fail". So that the High ping user can just use the hand gestures as their normal CD, used between GCD.
3/ Gray out the Hand Gestures you just casted ( much like MNK chained combo) to prevent double tapping the same hand gesture. For instance, it will Gray out Heaven if you have casted Heaven successfully and the system register the action. Double tapping is very common for high ping user, who live with lag spike, rubber banding as their normal day life, to have the skill used as soon as possible unless you want to stare at your hit skill bar every time you cast an action to ensure that action go through, just to realise, nope, it did not.
